1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using the xu60 platform via https://xu60.app or its associated mobile application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the xu60 platform immediately. xu60 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice, and it is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically for the latest updates.
The xu60 platform is intended for adults aged 18 and above only. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and are legally eligible to use the services offered.
2. Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities
To access the full range of xu60 services, you are required to register a valid account. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without any compensation.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information, including your full name, phone number, and valid bank account details. The information provided must match your valid identification documents. xu60 reserves the right to verify this information at any time and may request supporting documents if necessary.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, unless you have promptly reported any unauthorised access to xu60. Users are advised not to share their login credentials with anyone, and to use a strong, unique password.
User responsibilities also include:
- Not to use the platform for any illegal activity or activity that violates Malaysian law.
- Not to attempt to access xu60 systems through unauthorised means, including the use of bots, automated software, or other technical methods.
- Not to distribute offensive, defamatory, or unlawful content through any communication channel on the platform.
- To comply with all rules and guidelines set by xu60 from time to time.
3. Payment Information, Deposits, and MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the xu60 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). xu60 accepts deposits via a range of local payment methods, including Boost, GrabPay, and online banking. The list of accepted payment methods may change from time to time subject to agreements with payment service providers.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance within the timeframe specified for each payment method. xu60 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment processors beyond our control.
For withdrawals, users are required to use the same payment method as their deposit, and the bank account name must match the registered name on the xu60 account. Withdrawals that do not meet identity verification requirements may be held temporarily or rejected. Processing times range from one to three business days, depending on the chosen method and current system load.
Xu60 reserves the right to withhold payments for review purposes should any suspicious activity or breach of the terms of use be detected. Any attempt to manipulate the payment system or commit fraud will be reported to the relevant authorities.
4. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, and Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
Xu60 provides its services on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. To the extent permitted by law, xu60 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to data loss, financial loss, or service disruption caused by technical factors or circumstances beyond xu60's control.

Third-Party Links
The xu60 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. xu60 has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party websites and accepts no responsibility in relation to them. Use of any third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
5. Account Policy — Suspension and Closure
Xu60 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time should there be a breach of these terms and conditions, or for reasons including but not limited to:
- Fraud, misrepresentation, or any attempt to manipulate the xu60 system.
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's identity.
- Money laundering or any financial activity suspected to be in violation of the law.
- Any conduct that damages the reputation or operations of xu60.
- Violation of any provision in these terms or any other policy issued by xu60.
In the event of account suspension or closure due to a breach, the balance in the account may be frozen while a review is conducted. xu60 will notify the user via their registered contact channel if the account is suspended, unless doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the xu60 support team. Closure requests will be processed once all pending transactions have been settled and any eligible balance has been returned to the user in accordance with established procedures.
6. Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
Xu60 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Users are responsible for reviewing the Terms & Conditions page periodically. Continued use of the xu60 platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the xu60 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation between both parties. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to a competent court in Malaysia.
Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed removed from this document while the remainder continues in full force and effect.
